The pictures posted online were different in person. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom had hair from previous visitor everywhere. The hotel was very accommodating to my request to have first level room for my elderly parent and very welcoming when greeted at check in.

With plenty of warning I asked twice for a quiet room. After the second room I sea, I still ended up beside an elevator, stairs and an ice machine. The carpet is filthy and so was the bathroom. Inexcusable! I expect a huge credit or refund.

The room was not very clean looking. Some of the bed linens werent very clean. Not sure if it was just because its an older build. Although, it was not necessarily in a bad area I just didnt feel very safe. I will not be staying again.
