Our room was on the second floor. The people upstairs were very noisy and the sliding door opened to the parking garage which was also very noisy. The hotel was conveniently located near the downtown. Everything was in easy walking distance. The Tesla supercharger was only 2 blocks away. The hotel had one functional EV charger but it was very expensive. The other charger was out of order.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was a decent, average hotel and met our basic needs. The room was clean, and the hotel offered parking, which was convenient. However, breakfast was not available. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for a short visit.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony with a lovely view of Morro Rock. Rooms have been nicely renovated, so it's nicer inside than it looks from the outside. There was convenient parking under the building, and the hotel is a short walk to the waterfront and downtown area. Staff was helpful. No breakfast is available at the hotel, but it is an easy walk to several good places for breakfast. My only gripe is that the remote control provided for the TV doesn't really work well with the TV system ... navigation is very un-user friendly. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.

This was a great place to stay and I will definitely choose them again. I have stayed at several different hotels/motels in Morro Bay as we come here often. But this hotel will definitely be on our repeat list. Clean rooms and lobby and friendly staff.

Check in was pleasant but they said that the WiFi was out, so no television or WiFi for a bit which is fine, wish I could have gotten a street view room instead of the parking lot. Staff was really nice, close to the warf and the beach areas.

The hotel is in a good location and it’s quiet. We were told on arrival they only had minimal guests checking in. After seeing our room we asked to change rooms because we were in a ADA room and the bathroom had no counter top, no towel bar, and we could only close the bathroom door if you pull as hard as you could which made a terrible sound. The person at the front desk told us “Expedia chose our room” and he couldn’t do anything. So after being told upon arrival they only had 14 guests and 36 rooms I would have expected way better customer service. He said he would let management know and if he did they never checked in with us. We made the best of it since it was only 2 nights and in a good location to walk everywhere but I would definitely recommend looking at other places to stay close by. I think for a small Hotel they could have been more attentive to their customers needs and concerns.
