Very Clean, well maintained property with terrific staff! The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up extending our original dates and despite having to change room type (due to sell out) the transition was smooth and easy. This hotel is within an hour or so to several attractions and parks surrounding the beautiful Smokies. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
