This was conveniently located just off of the highway. Gas station and fast food were also right there. When I walked into the lobby it smelled wonderful (so positive first impression), but there were some things in our room that needed to be repaired (hole in the wall, loose toilet seat).

Good price, Good beds but needs a renovation.

Rooms were clean but need updated and better pillows and towels. Beds were comfortable but ants in one and the other room had a hole in the bathroom wall from the door handle so maintenance is much needed. But rooms were cheap and it was a late night stop.

Very satisfactory motel stay. As clean as it gets, friendly service at the front desk, easy and straightforward check-in process. They have a good variety for breakfast and the area is not bad at all.

This is basic motel- clean, quiet, affordable. The room was good sized. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent- close to Asheville, Knoxville, and the Gatlinburg area. We will stop there again.

The door to the room had big gaps as where air could come and go freely, and you could see thru it. The lady at the front desk at breakfast on Friday was not very friendly. When I went to check out there was 2 ladies eating breakfast who told me I could just leave the key on the desk. Again not friendly.
