“My first impression as I entered the premise from the car parking area at the rear was less to be desired, but the room itself had character, and I admired the antique furniture (need placemats/coasters to protect the table from cup stains etc) Observations were and I'm going to be straight up. It was outdated and had a musty smell! A fresh lick of paint and removing the carpet in the foyers to the rooms may fix the issue.
