I stayed there for 2 nights to visit my friend and attend my school near the hotel. The hotel is located perfectly right next to the Tsukuba Express train station. Although I didn’t need to get a room before 15:00 check-in time, I wanted to make sure I could check in before midnight. The hotel staff was very kind to check in with me at 12 noon (without giving me a key) to guarantee my easy arrival. The hotel is very clean with a nice size public hot spring bath. There is a washer/dryer unit inside the women’s room also; it can be used while enjoying the nice bath for an hour. I will definitely stay at this location again.

If you say ok for sheets not changed daily, you get some token that you can purchase drinks. I liked a nice onsen, opens at 5 am. I went mornings and nights daily. Close to Moriya station, if you need to be around Moriya station, it is the hotel.
