“This was an excellent onsen hotel (we've stayed in quite a few). The room we had (Japanese style room with open air bath) was spacious, even for a family of four and included a small garden area as well as the bath. The food was exceptional - and served by incredibly friendly and helpful staff who our daughters loved engaging with. There were toys for the children that could be taken to the room and they also enjoyed watching the goldfish that swim in the indoor 'river' in the reception area....

“大浴場も露天風呂も身体が温まってすごく良かったです。料理も種類豊富で美味しかったです。 部屋のエアコンからカタカタ音がして夜中うるさく、何度か起きました。”

“一部リノベーションはしていますが古い施設のため、部屋の空調調整が難しく少し蒸し暑さを感じました。 食事の際の炉端焼きの煙も不安なものがありましたが泉質はよかったです。”

“決して新しい施設ではありませんがお部屋もお風呂もきれいにお掃除されていて良かった。 高齢の母を連れての宿泊でしたがバリアフリー面でも問題ありませんでした。 アメニティなども豊富に準備されていたり、ドリンク、アイスなども無料で用意されていて心遣いが感じられました。 スタッフの方々も感じ良く対応して頂きました。 家族風呂もとても良かったです。”
