Hotel is very convenient and close to Shinkansen station. First floor hotel have Lawson. The room is typical Japanese business hotel but not too small. Very clean. So far if I ever go back to Morioka again I will stay here again.

Super convenient for first time visitors. Right across from Morioka station with lots of dining options and shopping. Catching the dendenmushi loop bus from the station made seeing the main sites comfortable when the weather was too hot to walk.

The location is superb, is just across the station, connected by an underpass with lift access. The room is well kept and clean, and quite big. Lounge with variety of beverages provided, very convenient. However, there is no bottled water provided for our room.

Definitely recommend for your stay in Morioka. Their staff are all very very very nice, friendly but very professional and willing to help with your request. Plus, the location is on a very convenient place, located across the station. Easy to find with convenient store connect to the lobby. Their breakfast is superb and in a reasonable price. Recommend to try if you're staying here.

Very clean and modern room. We had a room with 3 beds. Very spacious. Bottled water and tea/kettle provided in the room. The AC works well. Located directly across the Morioka train station accessible by underground walkway. A Lawson is connected to the hotel lobby. Comp toothbrush, etc provided. Will return to Richmond brand hotels.

Very nice, quiet, hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Great shower, comfortable bed, Lawson in the lobby. The room lights are idiotic, though. Just put some light switches, no stupid remote! Also, please provide do not disturb signs.
