I just want to say thank you to manager who helped me out during a severe rainstorm and was very helpful with translation as well. My original hotel cancelled my reservation, after I had a calm and restful stay at route inn ekimae. It was meant to be... to stay at a better hotel.

朝食で店舗外に 行列ができていた チェックイン時に混み合うから時刻を指定して カードを受け取ってください 。という指示があったが そのカードをチェックすることはなく 好きな時刻に行って食事ができるようになっていた。 ルールが分かってる人 ならば あまり気にせずに 時刻を決めるが そうではなく 起きた時刻で自由に行きたい 迷惑な仕組み だ。

数回、コンサートの際に宿泊させて頂いてます。 今回のお部屋はユニットバスとトイレが新しかったので気持ち良く使用出来ました。 温泉♨️にも入り、熱めでしたがさっぱりしまさた。 お部屋のエアコンがかなり冷房の設定温度下げないとすぐ風量が弱まりなかなか涼しく感じられないのとWIFIが使用出来なかったのが少し残念でした。 お食事は美味しく頂きました、いつも楽しみにしてます。

盛岡駅から徒歩5分程度で便利な立地、最上階に大浴場あるため、作務衣とスリッパでも気兼ねなく利用出来ることが良い。ウエルカムコーヒーに加え、地域の特産ドリンクもあることが嬉しい。
