“The staff and service was incredible. They were so attentive to detail. They made our girls trip so memorable. They even sent us a printed picture that was taken on our arrival. They sent a heating pad when my sister was sick. The breakfast spread was one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten at. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately could not use due to chlorine levels. But regardless this property is a must stay! Can not recommend this place enough”

“The stay was equipped somewhat okay. We did miss two chairs inside our room. The pool was not very clean and some of the staffs were kind of passive and not very welcoming. Overall I would say the stay was okay but could do much better, given the other facilities available, including the adequate parking and the swimming pool.”

“The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall.”

“The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7. The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner. “I really liked the sea-facing cottage where I stayed. Being able to step directly onto the beach and reach the ocean in less than a minute was a wonderful experience and the highlight of my stay. The only area for improvement would be the bathrooms. Upgrading and modernizing them would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and make the property even more attractive.”

“We took the premium cottage which was really big clean and bright. Vagator is pretty quiet compared to the other beaches close by, the location or the hotel is good but you’ll need a scooter if you wanna visit the area. The hotel rent scooter for 500₹ all included, they are in a very good shape. The staff was nice and helpful. The only negative thing I could say is that the bathroom towels should be changed because they were stained and not white anymore. Despite of this I totally recommend...
