“The rooms are fine and clean and the hotel is well placed in the centre of the town. The main problems are there is no member of staff on site at the hotel and they don't answer a phone when you call reception. Plus parking is very difficult. You have to sign in on a computer, which works fine but then as soon as you have a question, there is nobody to help - you have to work it out yourself - for instance where is the wifi code - it's nowhere to be found i the room, so you have to go back down...

“Lovely clean large room. Great tv with a superb picture. Plenty of tea / coffee and biscuits welcome tray. We were surprised how quiet our sleep was, the pub below was busy but no sound from it. The decoration of the whole venue is incredible with so much to look at. There is a lot of car spaces but the area is very busy so it’s a bit of a search to find one.”

“Stayed at one of their beautiful and uniquely design luxury bedroom, absolutely loved it. The bar downstairs is great and very cosy, they aeved great choices for breakfast and the staff were helpful and nice. Would stay again.”
