Las fotografías de jardín no corresponden a la realidad. Falta mantenimiento a Jardin, pasillos. Muy limpio y con mucho potencial, pero falta mantenimiento. Muy buena atención por parte del personal y excelente limpieza de cuarto. Almohadas incómodas. Cerca del centro 😁

Beautiful hotel. Near the center. On wide street. Wonderful courtyard and facilities. And they accept pets! I've stayed here a number of times. It is always a nice stay!

Tenía muchas expectativa de este hotel por los buenos comentarios que vi. Pero no pude quedarme ahí porque nunca me abrieron la puerta el día que llegué y tuve que buscar otro hotel donde hospedarme. A pesar de que al día siguiente me devolvieron el dinero que pagué por la reservación es una pena que sucedan cosas así solo porque llegas en la noche. Para eso es un hotel, para llegar a lo hora que uno quiera o pueda

Hotel muy tranquilo cerca de la iglesia principal.

Lugar muy acogedor administrado por una familia, esto te hace sentir en confianza. El lugar es excelente para descanzar y olvidarse del mundo exterior, perdimos la nocion del tiempo en la noche que nos quedamos, las habitaciones tienen una practica y bonita chimenea que puedes usar y que ambienta el lugar de forma romantica, el lugar en general es muy comodo. Te ofrecen un pequeño desayuno que consiste en un rico cafe y un rico pan del lugar. Tienen un bonito gato y la gente es muy amable. Sin duda regresaria y volveria a hospedarme. Aunque deje el coche afuera, no tuve ningun problema el lugar parece muy tranquilo.

Algo muy rústico, tradicional y cómodo

Sólo pasamos una noche en el hotel pues íbamos de paso pero el lugar es muy bonito, es muy antiguo, parece hacienda pero eso le da un toque especial. El personal es increíblemente amable, te sientes como en casa de la abuela. La habitación tiene chimenea y te proporcionan leña sin costo adicional. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Patzcuaro

This is a Meson not a hotel, it was fine but does not have the commodity of a hotel. The room was fine, rustic, with fireplace since they do not have heaters, they do not have phone in the rooms, nor hair dryers, the bathroom was ok but the towels were too old and rough (bring your own). Safety is an issue because even they close the main entrance door, they turn off the lights of the halls and patio and the room doors are very weak, so if someone gets in there you won't be able to call anyone since they do not have phones and there is no security. If you want coffee you have to go to the reception area. It's ok for the price but maybe you can get something better for the same price.

el trato de la familia que es dueña de este hotel es unica, se siente uno como en casa, lo recomiendo ampliamente, son muy amables, y en las mañanas siempre hay cafe y pan muy rico, y tienen cocina y refrigerador por si desea uno preparar algo
