The hotel is nice the valet and security guys are all very helpful and friendly. The front desk is not they are not knowledgeable and arent really willing to help the guest. The pool can definitely be better well kept.

Love the hotel

The hotel and staff were excellent, however on arrival we were no treated very nice, I had requested early check up and when we arrived I was told they were no rooms available till later, I was upset and insisted on the gentleman to please check the reservation, it was not until that moment that he change his behavior and say that they had rooms available, and would give me my upgraded room later. The rest of the staff was great, the place is also beautiful.
