It was an amazing relaxing place to stay with such beautiful views. Staff was really nice and friendly and very accommodating. Otto in the dinning area was the best. Would highly recommend it’s a must!

This was our first visit to Morelia. The hotel is beautiful. Feels like your own mansion. Unfortunately for us we only had one night to spend in Morelia so we didn't get to appreciate all this hotel has to offer but we are already looking forward to visiting this hotel again.

No breakfast included. The dinner was not the best. Our door to bedroom could not be locked. Nice outdoor pool and lounge area. Good looking rooms. AC with a lot of noise and cooling systems that was malfunctioning. Helpful employees.
