let me start by saying that the hotel staff was excellent. No complaints. Keep in mind that the building was built around 1794 and later around 1830 became a teaching hospital. Some of the rooms are a small and cramped. By the pictures on their website, I thought the rooms would be bigger. All in all not a bad place.

The beds were horrible, hard as a rock. Not handicapped friendly. When we called for room service it took forever to receive what we asked for. I will say the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great comfortable sleep at night. I have stayed at the hotels popular with influencers and although they are super nice, you can hear everything that goes on inside and outside of those hotels which kept me up at night. The young lady behind the desk at check in is kinda rude and not friendly at all. But all in all it’s a great hotel that is quiet and in a great safe location. The hotel is clean and comfortable and walking distance to everything the city center has to offer
