Clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed. staff very helpful, 2 blocks from Main Street and within walking distance to touristic spots. I would just suggest to add some eggs and/or chilaquiles to the breakfast which was included within the daily rate, instead of charging additional for those choices.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is dirty! They have roaches crawling on the bed at night and they try to fix it by moving you to another floor. The person in charge is disrespectful and they promise a partial refund and no sign of confirmation. It is completely unacceptable on both customer service and cleanliness. Showers had holes allowing water to get out and when you contact front desk they sent someone up for a partial fix (stuffing plastic bags on the holes) AVOID THIS HOTEL AND EXPEDIA AS THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP YOU.
