The room could have been more clean. No air conditioning. However the people there are super nice especially at the reception desk Uriel is super helpful. The location is excellent.

Good location. Friendly staff. Horrible breakfast, bad coffee, day old pan dulce, no meats, very limited items. In the room, no AC, no remote control for tv and couldn’t charge channels because tv was too high. The room was tiny.

The staff are super friendly, efficient, and honest. I left cash in my pants accidently for laundry service and all the money was returned. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to downtown. Extremely safe. Would stay again in the future.
