Front end staff should greet guests walking in or out instead of being on their phones at looking down at a computer. A simple hello goes a long way. The shower drain was clogged up.

The description of the hotel is way above the reality. The toilet was leaking, the air conditioning didn’t work well, I listed two guest we had hygiene items for one. The worst thing about staying v here was the customer service, the staff in particular the guys we interacted with. Although the women weren’t very helpful either. This hotel will not be on my #1 list.

En general nuestra noche estuvo ok en el hotel, camas y almohadas cómodas, cuarto muy limpio y espacios amplios excepto que nuestro cuarto estaba justo a lado de una mesa de jardín que en un principio pensé que era exclusiva para los que se hospedan en ese cuarto pero no es así ya que unas personas estuvieron charlando mucho tiempo en ese lugar desde muuuuuy temprano así que fue imposible dormir hasta tarde. Un aspecto que es muy negativo en mi opinión personal es que no cuentan con un estacionamiento. Tienen valet parking y mi coche no sé en donde lo dejaron porque en las instalaciones no fue. Además cuando llegamos un poco tarde porque veníamos de una boda, la persona que nos recibió el coche nos dijo que esperaba que no necesitáramos en carro porque hasta las 7 am estaba disponible para traerlo. Quiero pensar que fue en broma pero no estábamos hablando en ese tono así que no lo sabré. La zona está muy bien con acceso a lugares para comer o comprar. El personal de lujo, muy atentos y serviciales.
