The staff is great. The property is worn. The location to the cesars convention hall was very good

The room (at least our room - Central 400's) reeked of cigarette smell. The hotel was already so busy because there was a big event going on at the Convention Center, so we didn't bother mentioning it. Getting any type of service was going to be too time-consuming. We were there mainly just to sleep anyway. The toilet was black, which was very odd to us; how were we supposed to know it was clean or not? The toilet/shower room lighting was dark and dim, so cleanliness is hard to see.
I don't think I would stay here again.
