We booked the jacuzzi room. Arrived around 11p. There was some confusion since we'd paid thru Expedia. We were given room keys while staff sorted it out. Room cooled off quickly. Clean. Bed was comfy. Door bolt would not latch and no door bar. I know the area so that wasnt a big deal. It's not a froo froo place. It's a nice hotel to have a good soak and a peaceful sleep.

Right off the bat. The property was clean and presented well and the customer service was impeccable.. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The covers were warm. The air conditioner worked. The bathroom was clean and accessible. The spacing was great. I actually have no complaints about this property or my stay from the customer service to the property to the room. It was great. Highly recommend.

Our overnight stay was okay considering the price. The staff we interacted with was friendly. The towel rack in the bathroom was halfway off the wall - the screws at the top of the rack were completely out of the wall on both sides which left the top half hanging a couple inches away from the wall. The TV had lines running through it and was well past needing to replaced. It was watchable but distracting. The soap dispenser in the bathroom put up a fight any time we needed soap. The location of the toilet paper holder also meant a lot of smashed elbows I was surprised we were placed in what was clearly supposed to be an accessible room that didnt feel very accessible. To be clear, we didn't require an accessible room so it functioned fine for us, but I could see others having plenty of issues.

I didn’t like that the Red Roof Inn, which was great, sat across from the Days Inn, which was terrible. I’m from around there and if the condition of the Days Inn is the last memory on a persons mind I’m ashamed.

Only reason I give 2 stars is staff was nice , the property is in bad shape, first room no remote hole in wall , no towels, door at one time been kicked in , commode was stop up , sent me to new room , not much better, cockroach in bath room and mold around bottom of shower. But you get what you pay for I been told .

POOL IS NOT OPEN. THEY SHOULD LET PATRONS KNOW THIS AHEAD OF TIME. You want a budget place to stay this is it. I've honestly stayed in nicer hotels at the same rate, however. It's not in the best shape overall. The hotel is old. It has a weird odor. The check in staff are nice though. They do try to be accommodating. After hours, it starts to reek of weed smoke. Our room smelled like mens cologne and cigarettes mixed. Pro: no bed bugs! No critters or bugs at all. Con: exit doors aren't key protected. Meaning anyone can walk in or out of the place. Ice machine didn't work. And they only have one. Pillows are flat. Rooms do have microwave and mini fridge. This is very convenient. Floors needed swept. They aren't carpeted. I could see particles of things on the floor. Bathrooms are def sub-par. Toilet flushed. Shower was HOT which I appreciated. You just kind of slum it overall. Ice container was dirty: couldn't be used anyway. Blow dryer plug was broken and someone had tapped it. I was too afraid to use it lol. Door stopper (piece of metal you open up after the door closes) was almost completely unscrewed from the wall. We had to lift up the door to close it. Expect the worst but hope for the best.

I don’t have a problem staying in barebones motels/hotels and that’s what I needed for this trip. The room was clean but the hallway needed some work. The secondary latch was loose on the inside. My problem arose as we were trying to sleep. Someone was going in and out of a door near our room all night. I’m assuming it was outside. I barely slept because it made me very uneasy. I had my elderly mom with me so I wanted to keep her safe. It looked like they were attempting to update some things but it’s not there yet.

The elevator and air conditioning worked. That’s about where the good stuff stops. The pool was closed. There was no breakfast. There was a sign that said coffee starts 5am; not available until almost 6:30. And it wasn’t even hot. Our floors in our room were crumbling in spots. We didn’t have a single towel in our room. There was supposed to be a jetted tub. It was missing a knob and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom door barely shut. The tv remote didn’t work the tv. The only light in the bathroom that worked was the fan light. The vanity light was out and did not work. No hand soap. Bring your own. The bed was ok. There also wasn’t a clock in our room. I really thought this brand was nicer. Apparently, not this location.

Took the staff a little bit to get in the building because he was outside smoking floor in the hallway and the lobby were dirty they had white pieces of paper all over the place.. there was another customer on his phone in the lobby talking real loud and had been there probably 2 hours the mattresses were older and squeaked when you got up and down off of them the bathroom tile was dirty in the grout areas and in the corners of the floor needs a lot of cleaning and work done would not stay there again it also smelled like smoke in the
