Nick's greeting upon arrival was great, he was very friendly and had some good informaton about the area.
Rooms were perfect and spotless, everything good.
Absolutely fabulous room with spectacular views of the sea.A very warm welcoming from Kyle who could of been any more pleasant or helpfull. The room recently refurbished was immaculate Lovely large comftable bed with large tv screen and a wonderful bathroom. No bar or restaurant or breakfasts but many eating places close by .Highly reccomended
Really good for the price. Clean and provided everything anyone would need. The people who ran the place were absolutely lovely.
I had a single room with a sea view and thought it was a bargain compared to some of the other places I've stayed with a similar view!!
The hotel looks newly renovated. Very fresh and clean
No breakfast but that didn't bother us.
Plenty of tea and coffee and water which was a nice touch
Loved the huge and comfortable bed. Brilliant sleep and a great stay. We will be back
One night stop. Seaview room. Excellent room. Recently refurbished, spotless. Greeted on arrival and very helpful with suggestions on local walks, cafés, pubs, restaurants etc. Would definitely stay again
Everything was fine. Single room with seafront view on the 3rd Floor, looks to have been recently refurbished.Photos are the view from the room.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I had a deluxe room, the view from the window was awful, considering it was deluxe, it could have had a sea view, good job i took toiletries, as there was no soap to wash your hands with!!!!! The towels were very rough, the King size bed was 2 singles put together, it was clean however.
Had a lovely overnight stay in this super clear and cosy hotel. I had a single room overlooking the beach. It was tiny but perfect for one person. It was very clean and felt extremely safe as a woman travelling alone. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and welcoming. The entry system is really great so you can just come and go as you please. If you're a very light sleeper like me I'd recommend you bring ear plugs. The man sleeping next door to me snored louder than a fog horn on a ship so it kept me awake a lot but that is no reflection on how nice the hotel is. The only feedback I would give is that I would have loved a lamp in the room for when reading. Bed was so clean and comfortable though, good shower and nice towels.
My little neice & I received a very warm welcome :-)
Thank you.
The room is lovely, modern & clean with a fantastic view of the bay.
We enjoyed the table in the window.
Unfortunately I have to say we found the room chilly (no drafts as such, just cold) which gave it an underlaying feeling of austerity rather than one of cozyness. The central heating was on all night but the radiator is too small for the size of the room. We checked in late afternoon but had to get under the duvet once the sun had set. I had to wrap up for wandering round. I had a hot shower in the morning but it wouldn't have been suitable really for my niece. The bathroom was cold with no heating. There wasn't a hair dryer either so I couldn't wash my hair even if I'd wanted to. I had previously read that the owners are happy to provide things like glasses etc if asked for but I just couldn't face the hassle as we had to check out by 10am so it was all systems go.
I found free parking with no problem close by on the prom.
Overall we had a nice time but I would personally only book again in warmer months, not February.
Very friendly greeting by Kyle. A pleasant and helpful guy. It is on the sea front so good views. Parking on the road is free. Limited places to eat but good value for money
