“Comfortable accommodation with friendly professional staff.”

Breakfast doesn't start until 8am, not helpful if your need to start your day any earlier. Staying in room five (stables area). “We had a very good short break in Ross on Wye!! The area has a lot to offer.. we were particularly impressed with choice of excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was very good and the room was perfect for us offering a separate bedroom in their family suite.”

“A polite request for a room change was no bother to the manager who immediately sorted a more suitable room and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay.”
