Our flight was delayed and there was also heavy snow which meant we would arrive much later than anticipated. The staff were lovely and very understanding - cancelling our restaurant booking and sending details on how we could check in if we arrived very late. Convenient electric car charging straight across the road. The only thing we didn’t manage to sort out was access to the WiFi but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were there such a short time. Be aware - there is parking on site but there is an additional charge for this paid for using the QR code in the Reception area.

Mycket hundvÀnligt. Hundkorg, mat/vattenskÄlar, hundgodis BekvÀmt rum, bra storlek. Först besvikelse dÄ jag ringde strax före ankomst och fick besked att restaurangen inte vsr tillgÀnglig, abonerad.Vi hade sett fram mot middagen, en vana nÀr vi bor pÄ hotellet pÄ vÀg till eller frÄn JÀmtland. En vÀnlig kvinnlig receptionist sade dock vid incheckningen att vi kunde fÄ mat till rummet men att det kunde dröja 1,5 timma beroende pÄ den stora arrangemanget i matsalen. Vi köpte lite chips för att hÄlla hungern borta men efter 20 minuter ringde receptionisten och meddelade att maren vsr pÄ vÀg. Tack för det! Och bra stt rummet var sÄ vÀlmöbletat att det var trevligt att Àta dÀr

Personalen var toppen, inte minst de tre vi hann möta i receptionen, de var sÄ rara, restaurangen hade riktigt god mat pÄ kvÀllen, den genuina sjÀlen finns dÀr men hotellet, hotellet Àr nött och slitet, allt borde rustas upp för att ens nÀrma sig nÄgra fler stjÀrnor. De förtjÀnar inte i nÀrheten av fyra stjÀrnor i dagens skick.

VÀldigt smidig incheckning. Ok rum. Kunde varit bÀttre stÀdat, vÀldigt dammigt pÄ sina stÀllen. VÀrmen under all kritik, rummet var svinkallt nÀr vi kom. Vi drog upp vÀrmen, resultatet blev att det fortfarande var svinkallt nÀr vi skulle somna men alldeles för varmt mitt i natten. VÀrmen borde vara rÀtt nÀr gÀsten kommer.

Ankomsten för att betala och hitta en parkeringsplats, var absolut Inte bra. Vi lÀmnades ensamma av en jÀktad reseptionist att fixa betalningen. Alla Àr inte hackers, SkÀrpning!! Att sedan hitta en ledig parkeringsplats runt hotellet var inte lÀtt, fullt!! Hotellrummet var livsfarligt med ett trappsteg, mitt i natten. Frukosten var OK, men det fanns inga sittplatser!! Att byta om och lÄsa om sina klÀder vid poolomrÄdet, gick inte utan kontanter, vem har det med sig och ingen personal till hjÀlp!! Enda riktigt positiva var lÀget. Rekommenderas Ej!!
