The room and hallways were clean and fresh. Very cute that it had a little patio off the room. The breakfast area was very clean with lots of options including Belgium waffles, eggs, hash browns etc . .I would recommend this place and if i return to the area i would choose to stay here again. The day and evening staff were very friendly and helpful and pleasant at all times. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was tasty.

Very nice but also had a few issues

Was a nice stay quiet, comfy bed, shower products.Only a few things were not the best. Booked online was cheaper than at hotel. Extended the stay before check out and was charged higher rate than originally booked for the one night. Breakfast was the most basic only protein available was peanut butter cups or a thick ham, egg, cheese English muffin. May sound of for those that like pork and high carbs. Orange juice was terrible tasting even kids in breakfast room were complaining about it. I think it was just basic TV (brought our Roku from home). Mirrors and shower were not cleaned well shower curtain had dried soap etc on it from previous guest and a lot of lint on walls from being wiped down instead of scrubbed a rinsed. There was a veggie tray in our refrigerator from previous guest and a sock next to bed so I doubt it was vacuumed or that would have been noticed. Wasn’t a bad stay just not great housekeeping, or breakfast. I did call and ask for a new shower curtain they were very nice however should have brought it to me and changed it out not me bring them the nasty one and put up a clean one. Just common courtesy and service.

My family stayed in the 3 bed room, which was great for 3 adults - each of us had our own bed which was nice. Plenty of space in the room. The desk was useful to work on my laptop. My family used the fridge and microwave to make dinner and breakfast. Only negative was the lavender mint shampoo/conditioner/soap was terrible smelling and caused one family member to break out in a rash. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner/soap. Used this as a place to stay before visiting Devils Tower and Mount Rushmore. Definitely would stay again!
