Overall a really nice stay. However, the bed was too firm for me as I am a side sleeper. I ended up with hip and leg pain (I'm a guy with average to narrow hips) because it didn't give at all! The room was large, well laid out and furnished, and overall clean (but our feet got dirty from the vinyl flooring which needs to be mopped more often).
Front desk staff were great, but understaffed (had to wait 15 minutes for someone to get the front door open and then checked in). Jordan was exceptional!

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. The room was lovely — I especially liked the kitchenette and the fact that it had both a living room and a bedroom without feeling overcrowded. The bathroom was spacious, and I loved the shower. Everything was clean and well maintained.
When I needed a new iron and extra towels the next day, they were brought to my room right away. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return. I’ll also be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.
