Great location, an easy walk to everything you need (inc Coles and lots of cafes/ restaurants and surf lifesaving club). Lovely pool area and an incredible rooftop spa and magnesium plunge pool - complete with a BBQ area. Undercover parking and an elevator makes it easily accessible. Terrible customer service, reception is always closed. Cockroaches in my room and I wasn't able to get changed to a different room. Place felt generally dirty, dusty, and grimy. Caller representative said they'd call me back to find a way to compensate me but never did. They couldn't care less about you.
