“Outside the apartment, the lift, the stairs, and the corridor are in quite a dirty/derelict condition. Maybe that is normal in Cairo, but I was not expecting that, given what has been shown inside the property. This option was in the Downtown Cairo area and was priced great, as well as had the bedrooms we required - it's also HUGE. When I reached out to Salah, the owner of the property, he was more than accommodating and very responsive. This property is in a superb location. It was walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, bank etc....

However, the problem was the language barrier; you really need to speak Arabic, as they never replied to my emails, and all communication took place over the phone.
