The landscape is beautiful, breakfast really good and staff provided a warm service, they even prepared your room every night perfectly for sleeping. It was a shame that there was a private event happening and therefore I couldn’t take yoga classes in the glass house which was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel.

The location, design, service and room quality are all absolutely amazing. A really enjoyable, relaxing and luxurious stay. The staff really make you feel special and look after you exceptionally well. They produce their own wine (white wine very tasty, fruity) and olive oil! Try a relaxing massage at the SPA Area. Finca Serena is truly a gem. The quality of the property, experience, and staff exceeded that of other stays in more expensive properties in Mallorca. Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5. As honeymooners, we let the hotel know this in advance, every other 5 star hotel on our trip made sure we felt the warmth and service, this was an absolute miss from them. The spa, was missing water in the water jugs upon entry, there was not an employee in site for the 2-3 hours we spent there. The massage was great but to label this a unico spa experience, it wasn’t. When we got there as honeymooners, a little bottle of wine or glass or card to say “congrats” would have been us feel a bit more special during our stay. To be honest, we wanted to explore this hotel and recommend it to our friend next year for her wedding, based on size and look from our booking, but we quickly redirected and told our friend not to. Honestly, really really wish it was a better experience.

This property is centrally located making it easy to hit several areas on the island within 30-35 minutes. A rental is highly recommended. It’s secluded and perfect hotel to relax by the pool, have a spa day, walk the vineyards or enjoy a slow dinner. Definitely great for couples or girls trip. The rooms are very spacious and include your own private outdoor area to lounge. Overall it was such a pleasant and relaxing few days.

Amazing location with stunning views, beautiful renovated finca with a lovely pool. This is absolutely a perfect location to come at rest. The only point of improvement is the poolservice, some days there was nobody with all the dirty towels everywhere.

Beautiful hotel but disappointing

This was a nice hotel with nice amenities and good service. The rooms are nice and the pool is lovely. This hotel list marks for charging 6 euros a bottle for water at the pool, a very mediocre and expensive paella dinner, and a service charge to bring a mediocre breakfast to our room when we needed a check out before the breakfast which was included began. Considering the cost of this hotel, this was disappointing and we have had a better experience in other high end hotels on the island.
