We experienced a very traumatic experience. I would like a full refund. My husband left the room to get breakfast. I was still in bed. A strange man entered my room WITH A KEY. He was as shocked as I was. He had gone to the office because his shower wasn't working. The office gave him a key to OUR room. When we went to the front desk, the attendant said, "Oh, my bad.". I am contacted the hotel today as we just arrived home. This happened on April 16, 2024. Needless to say we will never stay at this hotel again, nor will we recommend it to anyone. This was careless and should NEVER happen. I understand that accidents do happen but their response to the situation was unbelieveable.

We had a great stay! We were always provided fresh towels and toiletries, and the area had great options for food that weren’t too far of a drive. Some staff members wouldn’t always greet you, but other than that our stay was pleasant.

They use throw pillows instead of real ones which are half the size , so bring your own pillow or stay somewhere else.

Property is older but comfy. Pet area had zero grass, lots of gravel. Made it really hard for my older dogs to walk on. Breakfast was good. Would stay again if I ever travel to that area again

We had a comfortable clean room and it was convenient to the outside door for hauling our luggage.
