A wonderful stay with our little toddler. Great for families. Bus stop so close and efficient. Staff are wonderful, always asking if you need anything. Only thing I would suggest to make it even better is a varied breakfast as the same thing everyday can get boring especially as it's paid for. Otherwise, views, location and staff all were 10/10

A 4.5 rating would be accurate. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. But....the bathroom seemed to need updating....fixtures seemed old and worn. Bed was firm and linens of good quality. View from the patio overlooking Lake Geneva I'm sure would be stunning....in better weather. Some carpeting and public areas in serious need of freshening and/or replacement. Had dinner in the Sinatra bar and the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Service and food were both excellent...and the areas were very nice. Nice location, and the walk along the lake shore was beautiful.

The Swiss Riveria is great!!

We only enjoyed a one night stay in the great hotel. Our room was large with a great view of Lake Geneva. Good location - a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly.

Pleasant and top class hotel

Amazing views in the lobby, I had a room facing away from the lake looking at the town on the mountain and I still enjoyed morning view. Nice spa complex and very nice staff. Definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel in a quieter part of Montreux but a short walk from everything including the train station. Bedroom was very spacious, bed super comfy, we dined in the restaurant and the food and wines were excellent! Highly recommend with absolutely stunning views of the lake 😊

Reception staff was very hospitable and kind. I'd skip the massage. I got one and it was disappointing. Property is older but still nice. The breakfast was expensive to add on to our stay and when i looked at the spread in the morning i was so glad i didn't add it on. Just basic underwhelming stuff. Room was decent.

The location was easily walkable, right on the lake and close to the train station (10-15 minute walk). The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. The bar was closed while I was there, but the view looked great!
