We enjoy our stay at this hotel. The hotel is good, the room is spacious, cozy and with a lovely sea-view.The staff are friendly and helpful. The environment/ surrounding is nice. We tried the restaurant ~ Safran at night, the food and environment is quite good. But if you decided to walk to the hotel fm train station, remember to follow the blue line on the ground to the left, you can access to the lift easily. Besides, there are around tens steps to get access to the lobby fm the main door, in case you got lots of big luggages with you, then will be in trouble.

We stayed in one of the panoramic rooms -only way to do it. Incredible views. Rooms are clean, need a little pain touch up but otherwise great. We had a little balcony that was nice for sitting/relaxing. 24hr coffee/treat area was super cute and convenient. Location was great for exploring and train station. Spa was small but nice. The sauna doesn't get super hot and the steam room is crazy hot but otherwise it was nice to have them. Would def come back for nicer weather as they had a lot of outdoor spaces and outdoor bar that looked fun.

You just can’t beat the location of this hotel. Montreux is breathtaking and having the ability to walk out of my room, take an elevator down, walk out the doors and immediately be met with Lake Geneva is absolutely magic. The staff here were so incredibly kind, professional and helpful! Any time I walked by the desk leaving or coming back, I was greeted with a “bonjour” and a smile. I had the panoramic room with my balcony facing the lake and was able to get views of both the city as well as the alps. Every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in a green screen. Just stunning! Housekeeping always came nice and early so everything was turned down by the time I got back after my daily explorations and the room was spotless. The rooftop hot tub and the sauna were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Incredible Service – A Business Traveler's Dream! After a grueling business travel day arriving after 8:00 p.m., the team at Mona Hotel Montreux completely turned my mood around. I was greeted by two front desk agents whose humor and genuine engagement made the stress of the day disappear instantly. Despite the late hour, they went the extra mile to personally show me the spa, Jacuzzi, and sauna facilities to ensure I could properly unwind. This is world-class hospitality at its finest. If you want a stay where you feel truly welcomed and valued, this is the place. Kudos to the team for a memorable stay!
