Hotel is new and modern. Staff pleasant and efficient at check in. Lobby is large and inviting, with coffee station. Rooms very large with sofa and desk and king bed. Only had overnight stay as flight cancelled, so did not use kitchen, but well equipped with dishwasher. No restaurant but one in hotel next door. Breakfast included.

Our accommodation downtown Montreal was terrible, not what we had planned for five months ago. Staybridge ‘saved our holiday’. The front desk staff was fabulous, helped us find the right room (fitting for my sister who has a slight physical disability). We loved the extra large room space, cleanliness and newness of the hotel and rooms. The free breakfast was fabulous and the eating area was lovely and big.

New. Suites were well equipped. Large size and spacious. Only thing is in Montreal, they have radiator heating and it was trapped in the curtains not circulating by the overhead fan.

Everything was great better than expected. The breakfast your normal basic items but seemed to be better quality and better prepared than most places. Only complaint was I travelled with a person celiac and while there seemed to be gluten free options, there was no care taken for cross contamination nor was there any sort of markings, or knowledge of gluten safety.

Brand new hotel. Very spacious and luxurious. When I entered it looked like a fancy condominium in the lobby. Staff was extremely friendly. Lobby hallways still smelt new. It’s very modernly updated.
