We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and having parking included was a great bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

The hotel and staff are top tier. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many options from toast, bagels, croissants, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, muesli, cereal, chia seed pudding. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I’m not usually a Marriot girl but this overmet my expectations .. so clean .. so roomy .. do comfortable.. the location is extremely convenient and the price reasonable . I was only able to stay 1 day so I didn’t get to see everything the hotel offers but the little I did see was worth it

Good location close to lots of restaurants and shops. The room (a junior suite) was spacious and there was a nice separation between the bedroom and the sitting area/pull out bed. The AC unit was loud which was fine as it worked as white noise but might be uncomfortable to those sensitive to the noise. The parkade was super tight and hard to navigate so wouldn’t recommend parking there. Location was good for tourist activities but it was super busy and lots of garbage piled up on the streets in the neighbourhood so it was not super pleasant (no fault of the hotel - the property itself was very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was comfortable, clean and minimalist. Typical Marriott experience.

The location in Old Montreal is perfect. There is an underground garage on the premise. The room was a junior suite and it was very roomy, nice bathroom and two different types of shower heads, too! The staff was excellent and very helpful. The only choice for breakfast was a $29.00 cad buffet with no other option except made to order eggs. Some of the items including pancakes, potatoes and bacon were not even close to being warm. The restaurant menu for dinner was very limited and we ended up getting the pizza two nights in a row. The hotel is definitely improved from when it used to be Spring Hill Suites.

Pretty good, modern clean hotel to stay at, excellently located for Old Montreal. Only bugbear - not a drawer for our clothes in the place so lived with open suitcases for our stay. I’m sure it’s trendy but not our thing!

Bedside power outlets were kind of broken and loose in our room. Fitted sheet was not the size of the bed. It would keep coming off all the time. Bed sheet had holes in it and was worn off. Sofa come bed- only opens into a mattress with no bedding on the top. Had to ask for it. Toilet tank flush lever was broken and rotated freely 360 degrees but it worked. We were only staying for 2 nights and out most of the time- so didn’t bother changing rooms. Water station was broken on our floor. Had to get water and ice from a different floor everytime. In general overall lot of things needed repairs. Staff was helpful and location was great. Our room no. was 302 and stayed there on 22-23 Aug 26. Don’t get this room.

Great location. Room was odd shaped and couldn’t see tv from the couch well. Room was nice, would prefer storage or more hangers. Clothes just had to stay in my suitcase. And the floor, shower and sink wasn’t cleaned multiple days. Bed was comfortable. I’d stay again, just have to keep socks on my feet so they don’t get dirty.
