The pull out couch was horrible to say the least, the kids woke up sore every single morning. Breakfast was your average hospital meal, not worse and every door in our suite (bedroom, bathroom) needed a shoulder to open. Staff was nice though, especially cleaning and restaurant, they really tried. Definitely not a $400/night hotel.

The location was close to some pubs and restaurants as well as the underground shopping. The rooms were clean and large for a comfortable stay. Our only complaint was the breakfast. The hot food was tasted terrible so we stuck to cereal. Other than that, a great place to stay.
