great location, lots of restaurants and stores around, and with little walk next to rue st. Catherine for shopping. Stretch of a walk to via rail and other touristy spots but accessible with public transport. Room is basic and old but comfortable enough for a few days stay. Bathrooms are shared all genders so bit awkward to taking a bath or any of your bathroom activities. Staff are friendly. Great for short stays and solo travellers on a budget.

This is a great place to stay for a low budget simple room. I knew what I was paying for and no complaints there. Everything was as I expected, and in fact the rooms are pretty spacious. The only thing was, the lock on the door was broken, which I felt should have been noted before I arrived, and fixed. I arrived late and didn’t realize until 11 pm when I was ready to go to sleep. Dealing with the situation in the middle of the night was complicated because it involved connecting with Concordia campus security. It took a long time to get another room and I didn’t get to sleep until well past 1:30 am. I am not sure if I would stay again. I also recommend ear plugs as the road outside can be noisy at night.
