The stay was overall just okay. The space is convenient with a washer/dryer and kitchen, however they do not provide smaller things like laundry soap. Sheets were clean, bathroom could have been cleaner. Bed and pillows were on the harder side, but the room had a blackout curtain which was nice.

Room was dirty in corners and shower. Half a roll of toilet paper, no kleenex, coffee maker doesn’t really work, television didn’t work. Didn’t feel overly safe as men constantly followed in behind after entering private security codes. Close to many shopping areas is best part of location.

My boyfriend and I traveled from NY to Montreal for our anniversary. We stayed for 4 days & 3 nights at Pierce Boutique Apartment Hotel & overall our stay was fairly comfortable. The room was spacious & we appreciated the two complimentary water bottles that were available. We did have a few issues during our stay. The major issue was that there were stains on the sheets and towels. I’m sure they were washed but I shouldn’t have to guess as the guest. We also had 4 remotes for 2 televisions & only 1 remote worked for both tvs. However, the tv struggled to remain connected to the wifi network anyway so it remained off most of our stay. The instruction poster in the entryway stated that the room’s temperature could be toggled with a screen on the air units below the window & that was not present. Lastly, we had an issue with the light in the closet as there was no switch for it but late at night it began to intermittently blink on and off. Many of these things were minor inconveniences & small oversights that can easily be remedied.

This is a good enough space for the cost. You get a small apartment to yourself, living room, laundry included, kitchen with a dishwasher and full bathroom. The location is good with quick access to Guy-Concordia. A few things are lacking: the wifi connection is awful. Come with a good data plan - you will not be able to use any apps that require location services. The Pierce team tried to assist this issue for me but we had no resolve. The kitchen could use a few more basics - scissors, a cutting board, maybe a chopping knife. The bed was quite worn and very loud on any movement. The bathroom does not have a fan. I found the building to be pleasantly quiet during the night and we didn’t hear any of the neighbors in any directions. This alone is worth the cost.
