Everything was great! The apartment was clean, enough towels provided, good amenities, clear access, and great location. A bagel place below, a Maxi supermarket two doors down, Jean Coteau and Dollarams across the street, and many restaurants nearby. One feedback, which I also gave directly to the hosts is if they installed handrails on the stairwell, it would really help people with mobility issues climb up and down the stairs a little more comfortably. The host was happy to receive this feedback.

Great location. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Safe neighborhood. Missing some basics like non stick pans, only one towel per person, limited paper towels, limited coffee pods, no dish towel in the kitchen. Room upstairs in the back was hot and ac wasn’t helping. Good stuff - clean, hot tub was nice, beautiful balcony. Street Parking was confusing so went to private lot instead. Overall, pretty good but some small areas for improvement.

The hallways/common areas were really filthy. Outside the bedroom window was a light well with nasty trash in it. The only other windows looked out on a stinky back alley. The furniture was dirty and kitchen pans were gross. Otherwise, the location was great, the price was reasonable, and management was pretty responsive.

Found dirty socks in bedroom, no bottom bed sheet on bed, bathroom seemed really clean. Lacking supplies, no paper towel,hand towels, facecloths, coffee or tea. Stairwell carpets were really dirty. Throw pillows needed to be washed so we did that first thing. BBQ was filthy, unusable and no propane anyway. Not one kitchen utensil was there. We bought some to use.

Really nice modern style apartments. Area is great as well many choices when it comes to food options. Public transportation is very accessible as well with a 1 bus trip to get to downtown Montreal. Definitely would return in the future!

Local area was great! Lots of restaurants and amazing coffee shop, Alphabet Cafe. Property is a bit run down (shower head in 2nd bath broken, couch stained and a broken chair on arrival). A little bit of upkeep and this place would get 5 stars!

This property was beautiful and had the most gorgeous rooftop terrace with amazing views especially at night. The management was lovely, efficient and kind. The neighbourhood seems to have been hard hit by the pandemic and had us a little worried about safety at first but we were assured it was safe and had no issues.

Good overall

It was a good place to stay at minus the parking. They had alternative private parking that’s a 15 min walk from the loft. It was easier to get into an uber in downtown montreal. there were lots of stores and restos within the vicinity for a quick bite. They’re complete with kitchen accessories and toiletries. There some parts that weren’t exactly clean like the living room chair and master bedroom window.
