Extremely satisfied with this hotel! Cookies and the pool, within walking distance of many restaurants for any meal! We loved the AM Diner- definitely worth checking it out. The staff were very friendly and helpful for us and gave advice on the subway. The subway was very clean and easy to navigate around Montreal!

The place was clean and new which is nice but it was odd that there was no iron or ironing board in the room for people who need to iron for work trips. I did ask for one but it never came. Also, they refreshed the towels but didn't make the beds which I found odd. Didn't need new linen but maybe a redone bed would have been nice since they refreshed the towels and cleaned up other stuff. One last thing, why only decaf coffee pods in the room? You would think people want actual caffeinated coffee.
