Great stay in Old Montreal. Super convenient location and a beautiful aesthetic. Having a private kitchenette was a big plus and made the stay extra comfortable. I am unable to think of any criticism or suggestion for this hotel as they had everything i needed and well laid out instructions for check in etc. The fact they have a brita in the room was awesome and saved us a trip to go buy water. Room was clean, they provided us an umbrella , many above and beyond little things most places don't have.

We were so impressed with the layout and high quality kitchen, living and bedroom design. The exposed brick adds such charm and warmth to the space, so cozy after a day exploring in winter weather. A very nostalgic lovely place to stay. The staff were beyond helpful and the little touches within the room were very much appreciated (Nespresso maker and separate frother, extra duvets, extra throw blankets) The parking did not exist. I had to drop off our luggage and my daughter to leave before receiving a ticket to a parkade which was a 7 minute walk back. But, the staff was there immediately to assist with our luggage. The only problem I encounter was the constant base of music that began at 8:00 pm and lasted beyond when we fell asleep. It wasn’t loud enough to prevent us from sleeping but it was loud enough to hear it constantly when we were awake. I then checked the internet which informed me we were in very close proximity to a few choices of clubs. We had a great experience despite the music and would live to visit again

Located in the heart of Vieux Montreal this hotel is close to great shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. It has an efficient layout with a good kitchenette featuring an espresso maker, a Brita pitcher, and croissants in the morning. We loved our stay and will come back here for sure. I have to say, in spite of communicating only via e-mail/text, I honestly had no issues during my stay. The desk staff at the spa on the first floor was pleasant, but the only interaction was passing pleasantries. This is a super easy place to stay, right on the edge of shopping, dining and the riverwalk.
