Hotel location is great with lots around and easy to get to and from the metro. Check-in was easy and done quickly. We were upgraded to a room with a fireplace so had lots of space for just two people.

The staff at the hotel were nothing short of amazing. I mentioned in passing that we were in Montreal for my son's graduation, and a complimentary bottle of champagne was sent to my room. The hotel was clean, quiet and close to all the action Montreal has to offer. The hotel is an absolute gem. Thanks again to the wonderful staff.

Pool was not opened yet. Did not go to gym, clean room and clean bathroom , lots of towels. Staff was very efficient and pleasant. Perfect location! Would definitely stay there again. Only downfall is that parking was very costly!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful (we had the one with the fireplace). It was very cozy and warm and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive - extremely on point, even at the door and with valet parking. Given that this hotel is fairly new and recently opened up, we were extremely impressed. And bonus, they are dog friendly - even with water bowls in the lobby.

The staff especially the front desk ladies and the bell boys were very helpful in answering questions about the area and on what to do while visiting downtown Montreal. They were also professional too. Furthermore, the room I got was clean, modern and quiet. I'll be sure to book again when I'm back in town. I hope they keep it maintained.

The hotel was in a great location and recently opened. Staff were generally friendly but housekeeping was inconsistent. Not sure if it was because the hotel is somewhat new, but the room had a persistent chemical smell which was not very pleasant. Windows are not operable so could not be opened for fresh air. The hallways are quite dark and the room has few lights.
