Super comfortable location. Near the ice skating rink, Le Market, and near the 747 bus stop so getting hear from YUL airport is a breeze. Check in was quick, and the lovely person working reception got me in swiftly.

The room was so cozy, we assumed something for such an accomodating price would need us to compromise comfort but it did not AT ALL. The shared bathroom as well wasn't a problem seeing the the cleanliness kept everything running smooth. Our receptionist, James, was super kind and understanding with us for both unintentionally checking in a bit too early and knowing basically 0 French. That is to say though, that if you'd prefer to not wager on the cleanliness of the people you share a room with, a room with it's own restroom is the only thing I'd recommend you look into.

Stayed here last month and had a good experience. The room was a decent size and had a nice desk area for getting some work done. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt reassured with having 24/7 person at their main lobby. Plus, the price was reasonable. Overall, a good choice for my trip.

It was an ideal hotel for solo/couples or friends/family. Great location. Right downtown. Steps to the best shopping/dining/Gay Village About a 15min walk to Old Montreal and 20min walk to McGill University. Staff were friendly and attentive. Very clean-would just recommend one more garbage in the room other than the one in the bathroom. I would recommend and would stay again.

The room was clean. The matress was not as comfortable with 2 people on it. I literally rolled down into my companion. The TV remote didn't work. We got another one and that too did not work. I have a Roku TV and know how to use the remote. It wouldn't even power on or off the TV.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, provided anything we asked for, including holding our luggage for no fee after our checkout. Area is walkable and central in Montreal. Rooms are intimate and decorated. Great stay!
