The room was clean and comfortable. The entry code was sent to my phone an hour prior to check-in and worked seamlessly. The coffee maker lacked coffee r cups, however. And the room keypad warned us of a low battery which concerned us. It did always work though. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. I would book here again.

It has a good location. However, the property is under renovation, it is so dusty everywhere. There is an A/C but not good, inside your room they provided a stand fan for the air to circulate in your room. Upgraded room and bathroom. But there is no receptionist,, they do not reply to your text or email if you need something. However, again it is in a nice location!

When I got to the Hotel , there was nobody at the lobby for more then an hour , Came back later in the afternoon noon and they apologized, the staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. No hot water at all for the shower this morning. Great price for a night in Montreal Old port.

This property was fantastic location for Old Montreal. The air conditioning was always on, which got quite cold in our room. We did have a little trouble with the door not opening to the room, via the electronic card, but these things did not dampen our trip. A terrific location that is for sure

Everything was great close to everything nust a little steps away from.the main spots and restaurants, clean, but the shower door hardware is loose and coming off, its enough for my hubby and myself for a weekend getaway, no parking, parking is a block away ,2 nights for 48 canadian money, not bad

I guess you get what you pay for. I got a cheap place in a convenient spot on Grand Prix week. I’d gotten a couple emails missing the codes to check in. Once I got ahold of the staff, he was helpful. When I got in, someone had taken my locker. There are more lockers way around a corner, I was able to lock up the minimal amount I had so I could go out. There was one shower and one toilet for the whole floor, I’d definitely recommend bringing some footwear for the shower. It looked like the whole place was under renovations, new art still wrapped and the flooring ripped out in the hallways. I’ll take the exposed concrete over carpet though, you’d be able to see any bugs. Haha, someone else in the room took my pillows while I was out for the night. It was as clean as could be though. No signs of bugs or rodents. Bed was reasonably comfortable and there was a convenient spot to charge your phone and leave your wallet. I’d stay there again in a pinch.

The ”luxury room” was clean when I entered. But there was no toilet paper, and no room service during the whole stay: 5 days. The hotel looks a refurnished old office, doors and walls are like paper, you can listen steps, slamning doors, and noise all the time. Ventilation system is always on, so better come with earplugs. The best is the location.

Only stay here under specific conditions. My friends and I were only in Montreal for a single night for IglooFest. We knew we would be coming back to the room tired and late so the quality was not our concern. The rooms are tiny, only big enough for a bed and small table. No outdoor lighting as it’s in the basement. The room was clean upon arrival, no complaints. The shower was lukewarm at best, and the pressure was pretty low. Overall, it was fine for our purposes (mainly because 2/6 of our group mangaged to sleep elsewhere 😉), but I definitely would not recommend for a several day trip unless you don’t expect to spend any time at the room.

Great location

Rooms are in a basement, the room was pretty cold but the person at the front desk did fix the heating so that was very much appreciated and she offered to switch my room if it couldn’t be fixed. It just wasn’t the most comfortable stay but it’s great if you’re just in town a night or two and won’t be spending any time in the room other than to sleep because the location is great.

Consider this review with the cost of the stay. The cost was very economical; I had a room that looked clean the day I arrived. The rooms in the hotel are located in the basement. Some windows let daylight in to the sidewalk. I kept my curtains closed, so the room technically had no windows. There are no amenities in the building. The location is great. There is no daily cleaning, but you can request the staff for towels and cleaning to put the trash out. Overall in comparison with the price, the cleanliness was better than expected and if you are not planning to spend too much time in the room; you would be ok.

The hotel has a great location and was a bargain. Room was clean but spare. It had king size bed that could sleep 3 according to the website, there was only one chair in the room and a desk. A combo furniture unit had space for a few articles of clothing, 3 hangers, a coffee machine, refrigerator, and a device that could either heat or cool a cup of water. A single towel was provided for me and a single towel for my companion. Asked for a hand towel and received another bath towel (which was also very thin). Large bathroom with a shower large enough for 3, but no hooks; the 2 sinks support could be used as a towel holder.

The room was in a basement, and anyone from the street could look into the room. The room was also kind of dirty, and it took a really long time for the shower to heat up. The walls are really thin so you can hear doors opening and closing, as well as conversations in the hallway. The staff were nice, but not super helpful. However, the location is great and the room is decorated relatively nicely.

Service was great but the room was definitely not sound proof as advertised. We could hear the staff welcoming other guests and in the morning we could clearly hear the showers. Would not recommend for those that have dust allergies. There was dust under the bed and when we plugged in the cord for the fridge (there is a mini fridge:)) we saw that area was definitely not cleaned for a while. The shower room was everything we wanted and overall the look of the room was very modern and nice.
