The hotel (property and room) was very clean. Upon checking in, our room was ready early (well before 4pm) and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Lunch at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the staff was very polite and friendly there as well. Also, we appreciated how centrally located the hotel was to Old Port, restaurants, and shopping.

This is a really nice establishment. It is located in a central location in Montreal, within easy walking distance of city attractions. The rooms are beautifully presented and immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were very obliging and amenable, and the service was great.
