While the hotel and the rooms were generally very clean, the nicest area of the hotel is when you immediately walk into the lobby where you check in and find the restaurant off to the right. The rest of the property, especially “garage area”, is very, very run down and in desperate need of some renovations. With that said, for affordability and location purposes, it was a very comfortable stay and didn’t feel concerned about bed bugs or roaches inside the property and would stay again.

The staff were lovely! This hotel needs updating. The bathroom had recently been updated and looked great but the room was showing its age. There was a visible gap between the door and the frame, which allowed all the noise from other guests to enter the room. This was significant as many young adults and teens were staying at the hotel while we were there.

It’s a nice hotel with some amenities and well located if you want to go to the Olympic Stadium, biodome and saputo stadium. Good restaurant and bistro. Depending on the room you are set, can have some noise from guests.

The pool was one of the warmest we had ever experienced as an indoor pool. The sauna was also a nice bonus. The staff at the front desk were very nice, and the restaurant waiters were also very pleasant. Food options were reasonably priced.However, there was a large event, one of the nights we stayed, and it got a bit crowded in the parking lot, and in the restaurant, and loud overall.
