We got to the hotel quite early and knew we may not be able to check in right away. Not disappointed but would have been happier if we could have checked in. The place where we stored our luggage I did t think was very secure. That bothered me a bit. The staff and restaurant were good. The shuttle to the airport was convenient.

My room was very damp and dark. No overhead lights and not enough lamps. I changed rooms, and the next room was just S dark, shown another which finally had a standing lamp. Service was good when I asked for a new room. Water pressure was horrible, one bedside light didn’t work, and the drain in the tub needed repair. Towels were very scratchy. Restaurant food was good.

The room was fine. It’s a decent place for the price. Parking is extra something to keep in mind. Pool was closed on the days I was there. Lots of garbage in the parking lot including overflowing bins that didn’t get emptied during my 3 days there. For the price it’s ok but I usually stay next door and will probably in the future as the price is almost the same

Rooms were relatively nice and spacious but very few towels. Phone would not connect to housekeeping to ask for more. Wifi barely worked, extremely slow. Extra fees for parking I was not expecting. The woman at the front desk was very professional the gentleman not so much The room was nice and clean but the bright white lights did not help the atmosphere a softer white tone would have been better it seem like a good spot if you have children that enjoy a pool but the general upkeep of the building is poor I would give it a three star over all

The pool area and the hallways of the hotel were filthy. Rooms were renovated but are not very well cleaned. Check in was good, staff was nice. There’s apparently a splash pad but the area it’s in isn’t landscaped and there’s garbage everywhere. It’s more like a dog park then play area for children

The hotel is poorly maintained and needs significant improvement. Parking is $15 per day, and even if you park in the front area, outside the gate, you are still required to pay. At the same time, the hotel takes no responsibility for your vehicle. My room had a clogged bathtub drain, so when I took a shower, dirty water backed up and covered my feet. It was extremely unpleasant and disgusting. The room floor was also very sticky, apparently cleaned with a mop that does not seem to be properly cleaned or maintained. The lobby, hallways, and stairways were very dirty and clearly not well maintained. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful. I feel they are doing the best they can given the conditions they are working in. Overall, the biggest issues are the hotel's cleanliness and lack of maintenance. There is a lot that needs to be improved.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. The rooms were large and spacious around game and pool area. Gaming area was a hit with the kids but could use some maintenance. Also would be nice to note that the games require coins to play… except for the ping pong table. Pool is only open on weekends, should be mentioned during booking. Outside could use some TLC. So much garbage scattered around the parking lot. A little more care to the hotel would go a long way.

It looks like it used to be beautiful. Its fine if you're just sleeping in your room and leaving for the day. The grounds are full of litter. The carpets in the hallway are quite dirty with debris. Our sink leaked causing our towels to be wet upon arrival. The room was clean though. The loby looked nice and the staff were all very polite.

We bought breakfast buffet and the food was ok, but the croisants and dry goods were a bit stale. The staff did not clean our rooms properly or provide fresh towels and toiletries daily. The restaurant was good. We were disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for our stay as they said they only opened it Fridays - Sundays. Enough people ended up complaining that they opened the pool Thursday. We got to swim once over the course of our 3 night stay, as we checked out Friday morning. Exterior needs heavy duty clean up after winter. Interior common areas also needs better maintenance. They seemed to keep the front entrance, lobby and restaurant clean though. Overall, I would give it 3 out of 5 Stars maximum.

Service is lacking greatly, I was waiting to check in with only one lady in front of me yet the desk attendant was only speaking to and addressing the people BEHIND me in line! This happened at least 3-4 times. I was patient and very tired as it was almost 2am and I had been travelling for hours. This was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this hotel if you care for decent quality service. It took another guest behind me that the desk attendant was ready to help to say something about it. After I checked-in, he didn’t guide or direct me where to go to get to my room which you think would’ve been bare minimum. Rooms are nice looking due to recent renovations. Cleanliness is decent but, there could be more attention to detail honestly.

We got a family suite here and it was very spacious and fairly clean in the room. The pool area needed some clean up, there was lots of hair and dirt on the deck around the pool and even fake eye lashes and a bandaid. The kids were excited about the arcade that was near the pool and while a few of the games worked better than half didnt or were missing parts needed to play or just took our money. I was disappointed we had to pay $75 to park our trailer for the night especially considering how empty the parking lot was. The exterior of this hotel nearly made me recind my reservation because it looked so unkempt with trash literally everywhere. I went to grab something from our car and went to use a rear door before I realized the glass was broken. Returning back to the other side door I stepped on a nail that went through my sneaker into my foot. Not a great impression first night. I feel like with some love it could be great but yikes that parking lot wont have me back.
