The stay was exactly as described. Location was excellent. Bus to airport stops directly in front of the hotel. Train station is 2 blocks away. Room was exactly enough space, and I loved the little kitchenette and the brick wall in the bedroom. Free breakfast was helpful for a quick bite before going out to be a tourist. Checkin staff was pleasant.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The location is pretty good... Very close to a main metro station, but some stuff going on around that station that I tried to avoid. That said, you are close to anywhere you need to go in Montreal by being at the metro station. Room was somewhat old and I can't say the bed was the most comfortable, but the sink and microwave and fridge in the room were a big plus. Breakfast included was a good perk. It was basic continental but enough to get started on the day. You're not getting luxury by staying here. But the price is right and location good, so hard to go wrong.

Great location in the area. It’s walking distance to the Metro and for the 747 in the front. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating when we asked for a late check out. Luggage storage and continental breakfast were an added bonus. The room was spacious enough for 2 people. Had all the amenities for a short stay and was very clean. We tried the AC but believe it was set at a certain temperature. The internet and tv was spotty at times but were able to still use it.

I was travelling with my elderly mom. The toilets were super-low, almost kid-size. Although the hotel had an entrance ramp and elevators, they had no accessible rooms. If you have difficulty getting off a low toilet, check to see if they have an accommodation for the low toilet before booking here. Beside the toilet, the hotel was excellent, the staff did their best, and the breakfast was excellent!
