This was a very cool property in the lovely Mile-End neighborhood in Montreal! Lots of cafes and dining options nearby, and the amazing Joie de Livre bookstore is only a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was so cool- two bedrooms separated by stairs, and a full kitchen included. We loved staying here! Our host, Melissa, was very helpful and available to help with everything we needed. Merci for a wonderful stay and experience!!

Location is excellent. This unit is tore up. They boast a security deposit but they aren’t using it to maintain. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and could use an airing out. Slept ok but only because I had earplugs- neighbors were loud and partying. Didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the couch… but excellent location. Glad it was only one night.

Nicely decorated, clean one bedroom unit in the trendy Mile End neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen, cable TV. Lots of shopping nearby and a short 15 min walk to the subway. Gaspe Parking garage is nearby with cheap weekend rates.

Our family was going through a difficult time, and a relative stayed at Le Mile End - M11 while visiting a loved one. Since I was helping coordinate everything from a distance, I communicated frequently with the hotel team, and I cannot say enough good things about their hospitality. The reception staff were exceptionally responsive, replying promptly to every email and always doing so with kindness and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, which meant a great deal to us during a stressful period. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with the necessities that made the stay even easier. The check-in and check-out procedures were clear, organized, and straightforward, making the entire experience hassle-free. What stood out most was the genuine care and consideration shown by the staff. Their kindness and willingness to help made a difficult situation much more manageable for our family. We are truly grateful for the support they provided and would not hesitate to recommend Le Mile End - M11 to anyone visiting Montreal. Thank you for helping make a challenging time a little easier.

Unit is spacious - kitchen is well appointed with good basics (small cooktop, microwave, nespresso, toaster, dishwasher…) bathroom & shower well laid out and similarly well equipped (incl. hair dryer & clothes steamer). Location is very convenient: walking distance to Laurier & Mile end core. Good place to stay in Montreal.

The room looked nice and was clean and well-furnished. There were some technical difficulties with check in and with locking the door to my room. This is not a traditional hotel but rather a one-night apartment, but it was clearly advertised as such if one took the time to read the description.

Terrible experience. Locked out of room four times. Code had to be changed four times. Each time had to get a new code. Climbing three flights of stairs to find I am locked out of room. No one on site to help. Have to call someone for help. Help is short lived. New code does not last long. And I am locked out again. Only stayed here 2 nights. It was 2 nights of hell. I was exhausted at the end of this. No one made any offer to make this right. The basics of paying for a room that I did not get. Standing on the street with no room is not what I paid for.

Dude, you sent me exactly 14 e-mails during the booking process. This is bordeline harrasment, and reading all this in only 10 hours kind of ruined the experience. This is terrible and I won't book again with you for that reason.

The room was rented with a broken TV and the hotel management didn’t bother fixing it or disclosing ahead of time. After making a complaint all the said was sorry for the inconvenience! The place is so small and run down with the rooms facing a shady alley. Pleas stay away from this place to avoid ruining your stay!

Terrible! You need a code to get into the front entrance and another code to get into the room. The room is on the third floor. No elevator. On four separate occasions the code did not work. There is no one on site to help. Did not have my phone. To call anyone that I could not get in and code did not work, had to walk 10 blocks to my friends house to make a call. and get a new code. And then walk back 10 blocks. The code had to be changed 4 times. The last time was around midnight. I was so frustrated and angry. I was just standing in front of the locked door crying.. I paid for a room that I could not access. No one. No one made any offer to compensate me for this horrible experience.
