This place was great, really clean and the Chinese themes were really cool, especially the live coy fish with the walkway over the water. Good location, too. Really my only complaint was the surprise $32 per night parking fee upon checkout after I had already prepaid my room.

Room was clean, common areas clean. That was not an issue. However, the elevators were a real problem this past weekend. Broken for over 24 hours, only 2 working. Not always a big deal, but only certain ones go to certain areas, and was a very busy weekend downtown with so many events going on. The parking situation is not good either. Paid $32.99/night and barely found a spot. Really close quarters in the parking garage, found one the bottom level tucked in a corner. Not sure what an alternate would have been had I not found one. Another guest squeezed into a spot and scraped his vehicle.

This is very nice hotel, ideally situated and close walk to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to the front desk team - Gregory, Tatiahna, and Pierre. Would highly recommend.

Hard to get to if coming in from Maritimes, breakfast was not impressive for the cost..was not included, parking was necessary for this location. Exiting to highway to go west to Toronto was very easy. Room was clean, comfortable, black out curtains were great, bathroom was roomy.

The place was good. Staff was mostly friendly, even the people at the restaurant. They were very friendly to my kids as well. The restaurant had good Chinese food as well. Location was good, just a few mins walk to Notre Dame. The room is clean, bed was comfy, but the bathroom waa tad dated. And we were surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water, like the other hotels that we've been too.

The staff everywhere were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food prices at the restaurant were pretty high with mediocre food, especially the buffet breakfast. Same quality at other hotels that typically include it for free. The hot water was inconsistent, either very cold or scalding. It took a while to get it just right. Beds were very comfortable.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean but showing some signs of age. We had problems with our coffee maker but found out it was the outlet. The hot water in our bathroom was very hard to regulate. I would still recommend for price and convenience to the conference centre
