We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had many options - eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereals, muffins, croissants, bread and toaster, fruit, juice, tea, coffee. I didn't notice alternative milks which would have been nice (I brought my own).

This was a very nice and much better property and experience than I had expected- the ambiance and staff exceeded expectations by far. I have one major issue though there was nothing at all gluten free in the kitchen for 3 gluten free members in the family when I inquired I was shown by the staff a package of kinikinnick GF bread - no safe packaged GF items to avoid cross contamination nor a dedicated safe toaster nor anything else - the hotel is wonderful but I was very disappointed that in this day and age there is a lack of awareness by the IHG and this franchise and location of such a critically needed support for the GF and Celiac community - Nevertheless highly rated for rooms, staff, cleanliness and quiet stay thank you and to the Hotel Management Team please work on the GF support in your kitchen and breakfast 🙏

I’ve stayed here several times over the past few years. It is a convenient place to stay for my needs when seeing family in the area. Our room was quiet on the 4th floor - and away from many families with loud children who were also staying. Our stay was fine but a few things stood out: The bed was hard, so uncomfortable for us. The toilet flush was very slow. After our first night, we called for a plunger and staff came but it didn’t make any difference. As we were pressed for time for the rest of the stay, we ended up going downstairs to the main floor when we needed; so that was not at all convenient…especially at night. Finally, the tv needed to be replaced. It had several large white dots over the screen. Not a big deal, but annoying to watch. Would we stay here again? Yes but hope these issues will be resolved before we come back.

This property seemed almost brand new. The staff was extremely friendly, and the room was wonderful. It was about 20 minutes from the metro station, which we caught to go downtown for the F1 race. This made the hotel with a bigger value in the long run. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance across the parking lot. They also have EV chargers level 3.
