The view from my window was excellent! The check in was quick and they were very helpful and kind. Parking was very convenient . Everything was great about our stay. The staff were helpful, and the hotel was modern and clean. We also got a large room with a view of the Mont Royal which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel was exactly where I needed to be. The hotel lobby and entrance made a nice first impression. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with the checkin process. The room was of generous size and spotless. The bed was comfortable and the towels in th ebathroom were fresh; meaning they were of good quality. I would stay here again.

The property was in a good location not far away from downtown. The room was clean and well maintained. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the heated pool was never heated and even when we asked the staff to check it, it never got adjusted or taken care of. We were disappoint to find out the water was cold the following day.

Staff are great. My only complaint about the hotel is some days the rooms were cleaned well other days they were not… for example, the first day I arrived there was no soap, no bodywash, … also, there was a maintenance issue where I got stuck in the elevator for 32 minutes. Quite scary.
