Nice location to walk to Mount Royal Park (25 minutes) and Old Montreal (30 minutes). Helpful staff. One problem - Don't take stairs to move between floors (like to get to or from ice dispensers on even floors) as all doors were locked getting out of the stairwell except for the ground floor!

The room was very nice and spacious but I feel like the layout like have been better . I was there for a conference and my husband was tagging along so to have all of the amenities like bathroom and desk to all be in the bedroom area didn’t really make sense to me. I would have preferred to let him sleep while I worked at the desk and got ready for the day but that was difficult some it was all where the bed was. Hotel was nice, the staff that we dealt with were great.

Overall my stay was quite nice. The location is great, and I had a room facing the back, so it was really quiet. The room was really nice, super clean and pretty large. Check in was a little slow, but not that big of a deal. The breakfast was really good, quite pricey, but the food was made fresh, and the staff was really nice. Parking was a little pricey as well, but that is to be expected in the city. I would stay here again..

The hotel was clean and in a central location. I was however extremely disappointed at the mattress in the room which was so old that it would cave in when you slept on it -and I am not a large person. I have a bad back so my mattress is really important. I woke up and as soon as I put my socks on, my back went out. Definitely will not be staying here again.
